This is the policy of ablackhorse.com on returns. You must contact our office within 7 days of receipt of your item for any consideration of returns. No items can be returned because you decided you don't like the product, Size is not the size you need, Color, or you changed your mind. Any exchanges must be made within the same product line.
If we shipped you the wrong item we are sorry for the error and will remedy the situation. Please double check the items with the invoice you received. If you did receive the wrong items please call us at 800 805 9729
Any shipping charges on each order will not be refunded.
There is a restocking and processing fee of $15.00
Any products that are being returned the customer must get an RMA # from us and that RMA # must be on the outside of the package. Any Products returned without an RMA # on the outside of the Package will have a $50.00 fee accessed to them
No products can be returned that have been used and if the product comes back damaged there will be no refund.
Any Damaged items must be reported to Ablackhorse, upon receipt for replacement item. Otherwise you will have to contact the Manufacturer for the Manufacturers Warranty.
